【かさねシリーズ】
透明なガラスで色ガラスを何層も挟み込んだ塊を削って制作した作品です。
外側、内側ともに磨き仕上げの為、光沢と透明感があります。
色はピンクから水色のグラデーション。
色の重なり、ガラス特有の透明感などを楽しむことができます。

【珠箱について】
ガラスの蓋物の制作は、学生のことから続けている私のライフワークです。
「珠」には美しいもの・大切なものを例えていう語という意味があります。
美しい感情、大切な心をしまっておく存在であるように願いを込め、「珠箱」と命名しました。

【Kasane Series】
This piece was made by carving a block of clear glass with many layers of colored glass sandwiched between it.
Both the outside and inside are polished to give it a glossy, transparent look.
The color is a gradation from pink to light blue.
You can enjoy the overlapping colors and the unique transparency of glass.

【About Tamabako】
Creating glass boxes has been my lifework since I was a student.
"Tama" has the meaning of a word that compares beautiful and important things.
"Hako=bako" means box.
I named my work "Tamabako" with the hope that it will be a presence that preserves beautiful emotions and precious hearts.
