【花舞シリーズ】
花のモザイク模様の蓋物。花と花弁が舞っているイメージ。
外側はすりガラスで、内側はガラスらしい透明感があります。
窓際や後ろから光の当たる場所に置くと、内側がふんわりと光って見えます。
板状のガラスを曲げて半球状にしたものを削って蓋物に仕上げています。
パーツ作りから何段階もの工程を必要とし、時間をかけ丁寧に制作しています。

【珠箱について】
ガラスの蓋物の制作は、学生のことから続けている私のライフワークです。
「珠」には美しいもの・大切なものを例えていう語という意味があります。
美しい感情、大切な心をしまっておく存在であるように願いを込め、「珠箱」と命名しました。

A color scheme that combines light colors.

【Hanamai series】
A box with a floral mosaic pattern. An image of dancing flowers and petals.
The outside is frosted glass, and the inside has a glass-like transparency.
If you place it near a window or in a place where it receives light from behind, the inside will look soft and shiny.
It requires several stages of processes from making parts, and it is carefully produced over time.

【About Tamabako】
Creating glass boxes has been my lifework since I was a student.
"Tama" has the meaning of a word that compares beautiful and important things.
"Hako=bako" means box.
I named my work "Tamabako" with the hope that it will be a presence that preserves beautiful emotions and precious hearts.
